Siapkan
30gr susu bubuk
10gr maizena
240gr terigu protein rendah
Ayak dan sisihkan

100gr Blueband
150gr Wisjman
50gr corman patisy
100gr gula halus
30gr skm
Mixer 10 menit hingga pucat, masukkan secara bertahap sambil tetap di mixer dengan kecepatan rendah
10 kuning telur
Setelah tercampur rata, masukkan adonan terigu dan susu secara bertahap sambil tetap di mixer dgn kecepatan rendah
Aduk rata dengan spatula, sisihkan

Meringue
5 putih telur
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt perasan jeruk nipis
Mixer 2 menit kecepatan tinggi, lalu masukkan
100gr gula halus
Mixer kembali hingga medium stiff peak

Campurkan meringue ke adonan telur secara bertahap, aduk dengan whisker lalu ratakan dengan spatula

Ambil 1/3 bagian adonan, beri 10gr coklat bubuk sambil di ayak, aduk rata

Ambil 1/3 bagian adonan, beri pasta mocca, aduk rata

1/3 bagian terakhir biarkan rasa original

Tuang secara bertahap (dengan sendok) ke dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi dengan carlo

Panggang dengan oven yg sudah di panaskan api atas 160C api bawah 180C dengan kipas selama 45-50 menit
Oven yg suhunya tdk bisa berbeda, Panggang suhu 160C waktu di sesuaikan
Oven saya Signora De Braun
Api atas 160C api bawah 180C + kipas selama 20 menit
Turunkan api atas ke 140C
Api bawah ke 150C + kipas
Panggang lagi 20-25 menit

Premium Buttercake Marble
Prepare
30gr of powdered milk
10 gr cornstarch
240gr low protein flour
Sift and set aside

100gr margarine
150gr butter
50gr corman patisy
100 grams of powdered sugar
30gr skm
Mixer 10 minutes until pale, add gradually while still on the mixer at low speed
10 egg yolks
Once well mixed, gradually add the flour and milk mixture while keeping the mixer on low speed
Mix well with a spatula, set aside

Meringues
5 egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
Mixer 2 minutes high speed, then enter
100 grams of powdered sugar
Mix again until medium stiff peak

Gradually add the meringue to the egg mixture, mix with a whisk and then smooth with a spatula

Take 1/3 of the dough, add 10 grams of cocoa powder while sifting it, mix well

Take 1/3 of the dough, add mocca paste, mix well

The last 1/3 part let the original taste

Pour gradually (with a spoon) into the pan that has been smeared with carlo

Bake in preheated oven at 160C for bottom heat at 180C for 45-50 minutes
Oven, where the temperature can't be different, Bake at 160C when adjusted
My oven is Signora De Braun
Top fire 160C bottom fire 180C + fan for 20 minutes
Lower the top heat to 140C
Fire down to 150C + fan
Bake another 20-25 minutes
