[INDONESIAN]
Resep Marmer Cake (untuk 16 porsi)

Bahan adonan butter:
100 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter (suhu ruang)
100 gr Anchor Tinned Salted Butter
100 gr gula halus

Bahan adonan telur:
6 butir kuning telur
2 butir telur
45 gr minyak
165 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
15 gr susu bubuk
4 gr baking powder
½ sdt SP, opsional
½ sdt garam
130 gr gula pasir
2 sdt perisa vanila

Bahan campuran cokelat:
15 gr cokelat bubuk
15 gr pasta cokelat
40 gr air hangat

Topping:
50 gr Anchor Keju Blok Cheddar, opsional

Cara membuat:
1. Campurkan cokelat bubuk dengan air hangat dan pasta cokelat, aduk rata
2. Potong kotak kecil keju
3. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan unsalted butter, tinned butter dan gula halus, kocok hingga pucat dan mengembang
4. Di dalam mangkuk lain, campurkan kuning telur, telur utuh, minyak, perisa vanila, gula pasir, garam, tepung, susu bubuk, baking powder sambil di saring dan SP, kocok hingga mengembang dan gula larut
5. Masukkan adonan mentega sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk lalu sisihkan 1/5 bagian adonan dan campurkan dengan cokelat, aduk rata
6. Masukkan sebagian adonan putih ke dalam loyang yang sudah di oles mentega dan tepung
7. Masukkan adonan cokelat dan sedikit sisa adonan putih, aduk memutar dengan garpu
8. Masukkan keju, aduk perlahan. Panggang dengan suhu 175 derajat celcius selama 50-60 menit
9. Keluarkan dari panggangan, dinginkan dan lepaskan dari loyang
10. Marmer cake siap disajikan

Marble Cake Recipe (yield 16 servings)

Ingredients A:
100 g Anchor Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
100 g Anchor Tinned Salted Butter
100 g icing sugar

Ingredients B:
6 pc egg yolk
2 pc whole egg
45 g oil
165 g cake flour
15 g powdered milk
4 g baking powder
½ tsp SP (emulsifier)
½ tsp salt
130 g sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients C (for chocolate batter):
15 g cocoa powder
15 g chocolate paste
40 g warm water

Topping:
50 g Anchor Cheddar Cheese

Steps:
1. Mix cocoa powder with warm water and chocolate paste. Stir until smooth.
2. Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes.
3. In a bowl, combine unsalted butter, tinned butter, and icing sugar. Whip until pale and fluffy.
4. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, whole eggs, oil, vanilla extract, SP, sugar, and salt. Sift in flour, powdered milk, and baking powder. Mix until fluffy and the sugar is dissolved.
5. Gradually add the butter mixture into the egg mixture while stirring. Set aside 1/5 of the batter and mix it with the chocolate mixture. Stir until smooth.
6. Pour some of the white batter into a buttered and floured baking pan.
7. Add the chocolate batter and the remaining white batter. Swirl the batter gently with a fork.
8. Add the cheese cubes and mix lightly. Bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven, cool, and remove from the pan.
10. Marble Cake is ready to serve.
