People at work, a bustling downtown and busy fishing fleet are depicted with a city that was growing. Local plants in the city are depicted including Titleist, Revere Copper and Brass, Aerovox, Continental Screw,the Seafood Auction, Cornell-Dubilier,The Standard-Times, paperboys, Blue Bird Taxi, New Bedford Municipal Airport and the people of mutli-cultural ethnicity at play.
