◆ Seesaw Overhead Press 0:36
◆ Sprinter Floor Press 2:12
◆ Traveling Drill Drivers 3:36

3-5 sets of 8-12 reps on each side
◆ Tricep Kickback 6:03
◆ Kneeling Windmill 8:24

3-5 sets of 30 second holds
◆ Pike Hold 10:25
◆ Low Push Up Hold 11:36
