RECIPES
☼ Granola/Acai Bowls coming to carolinelfranco.com MAY 8th (sorry for the delay)

☼ Yuzu Sesame Ginger Marinade/Dressing/Sauce (I doubled it)
1/2 cup yuzu ponzu by Marukan
2 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons avocado oil
-1/3 cup honey
-1 clove garlic, grated
-2 inch fresh ginger, grated
-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-lemon zest & juice

Slaw: 1 package of slaw mix plus maybe a 1/3 cup of the sauce and let it sit for at least 30 minutes up to a day before serving - top with green onions
Mushrooms: saute until crispy and drizzle with a bit of the sauce at the end with the heat off
Salmon: marinate salmon for about 30 minutes (not too long) before baking or grilling
