Former Lake Superior & Ishpeming 2-8-0 #18 is the star, as she takes a five car train over La Veta pass in southern Colorado. #18 gets a good workout on the line, with fast running in the San Luis Valley and slugging it out on the two percent grade over the pass.

The main program runs 44 minutes with a 30 minute bonus program featuring a ride over the line shot aboard open air observation car Lookout Mountain of Southern Railway steam program fame.
