Getting my third medal of the year...

Basically ten minutes of me talking in varying degrees of tiredness or sweatiness before and after my latest triathlon at Culford in Suffolk. It was a sprint triathlon - 300m swim, 21k bike, 4k run. I'm pleased to say I managed to have a good, solid race in all three elements this time and despite the hip injury, managed to run the whole run section.

This is the third in my 6 months of challenges in aid of Crohns and Colitis UK. I have Crohns Disease and want to raise funds and awareness for this brilliant charity that has supported me over the years so that they can continue to provide support to those of us who need it. If you are able to spare a few pennies I'd be very grateful.
