Taking on the Nürburgring with....Chevrolet Corvette C7 ZR1 '19. (Gran Turismo 7)

For this week I'll be covering two American supercars and its based from the poll I ran where the viewers/subscribers get to decide which of the three US supercars I get to use for this week.

Today's run I'll be using the Chevrolet Corvette C7 ZR1 '19. As with Corvettes starting in the C3 gen, whenever Chevy makes a ZR1 variant of a Vette, it means the car is nearing its end of lifespan and this C7 ZR1 is no exception. As for the car's appearance in Gran Turismo 7, it's part of the vanilla car list.

Now normally in every Nürburgring run I just do one run and call it a day but this Corvette was compelling enough that I decided to try and run a sub 7 time around the track. I was able to achieve it in my second attempt with a 6:58 but unfortunately it wasn't proper as I went wide on the Brünnchen (its on the end of this video) and that was where I redid the run hence as you can see at the start of this run there was my ghost time present. I was able to improve my time and get a proper run at that too.

Overall, the car is fun to drive around the Ring but do be careful driving this on the Kottenborn and Tiergarten parts of the track as it veers to the left for no reason probably due to the physics of the game.
