Konoba Baća (est. 1878) is located at the very entrance to the Pelješac Peninsula, in the town of Ston – a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Tentative list).

We offer unique and unforgettable gastronomic experiences: oyster tasting, breakfast, light lunch, à la carte.

Our family has been in oyster farming for generations and we cherish the unique link between Nature and Man. Organic vegetabes are grown in our family gardens, fish comes from the local fishermen, meat from small, eco-friendly farms.

For those who are not in a rush, we also organise „Oyster Experience“ trips in Mali Ston Bay where guests sail on our wooden boats to the oyster farms, learn how we farm the „Queen of Oysters“ (Ostera Edulis), and taste them directly from the sea.
