All the practise videos on my channel are great for prolapse symptoms but in this quick flow, we are focusing on just a few poses which target rectocele symptoms, for those days when you need a bit more release. If you have a rectocele, please use lots of different flows / poses for your practise. Take 12 mins for your pelvic floor and enjoy this uplifting sequence of hypopressive exercises with me.

You need to be confident in your hypopressives breath work and foundational practise before trying this video.
