INGREDIENTS:

3 containers of fermented corn dough + 3 containers water + 2 tbsp salt (adjust amount of salt to taste). Combine all ingredients in a cooking pot, and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly till a soft smooth, pliable, dumpling-like structure is formed.
6 containers of fermented corn dough.
Hot water for steaming kenkey
Corn husk for wrapping kenkey
** total cook time is 3 hrs 45 mins on medium heat **
