STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint sky with blue, white, orange and yellow
2. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint first layer of water and beach with blue, white, orange, yellow, and brown
3. 1/2 inch bristle brush – Paint sun’s reflections in water with yellow, white, blue and orange
4. 1/2 bristle brush – Finish water and sand with blue, orange, yellow, white, black and brown
5. Chalk – Draw outline of mermaid and tub
6. #10 round brush – Paint base coat for tub and tail fin with black and blue
7. #4 round brush – Finish tail fin with blue, yellow, white, and black
8. #4 round brush – Finish tub with brown, black, white, orange, yellow, blue and teal (made in step 7)
9. #10 round brush – Paint shadow of tub and base coat for hair with black, brown and white
10. #10 round brush – Paint palm fronds and wild grass with black and orange
