上次簡單哥做的辣炒年糕、韓式炸雞等等的
大受大家的好評!
今天我們做這道是每個韓國家庭都一定要會的料理,
就是我們的【韓式炒雜菜】,
我們常常在韓劇或韓綜可以看到這道料理,
之前我們只能看得到卻吃不到,
現在這道料理可以完美呈現在你眼前!

🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉五花肉片 230克|Pork Belly Slices 230g
👉紅蘿蔔絲 100克|Carrot 100g
👉粉條 100克|Korean Noddle 100g
👉菠菜段 250克|Spinach 250g
👉洋蔥絲 150克|Onion 150g
👉香菇片 50克|Mushroom slices 50g
👉金針菇 1包|Enoki mushroom 1pack
👉蒜碎 30克|Minced Garlic 30g
👉醬油 4.5大匙|Soy Sauce 4.5T
👉香油 1.5大匙|Sesame Oil 1.5T
👉芝麻 1小匙|Sesame 1t
👉白胡椒 1(⅛小匙)|White Pepper 1(⅛t)
👉鹽 1(⅛小匙)|Salt 1(⅛t)
👉糖 40克|Sugar 40g
👉水 2大匙|Water 2T

1大匙 = 1湯匙 = 15ml
1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml

🥘開始簡單製作🥘
①加入糖開火加熱使糖融化至焦糖色狀態後,加入水、醬油關火拌勻
②開火煮至醬汁滾起約20秒關火
③熱鍋水滾,加入鹽巴(一小匙)
川燙菠菜,等待再次滾起10秒後撈起,並將水份壓乾
④川燙粉條6分鐘後瀝起
⑤加入香油(半匙)攪拌,粉條與菠菜放一起備用
⑥五花肉片川燙至全熟後撈起
⑦熱鍋下油,加入香菇片炒香
⑧加入洋蔥炒出香氣後,下紅蘿蔔拌炒,補些許油
⑨加入金針菇拌炒均勻
⑩下一半的蒜頭炒香後,加入兩匙的焦糖醬油拌勻
⑪關火,將炒料皆倒入容器中
⑫熱鍋下油,將豬五花肉片炒至金黃
加入蒜頭、鹽巴、胡椒拌炒
⑬瀝出些許豬五花的油,加入焦糖醬油(2大匙)拌炒均勻,倒入容器中
⑭淋上一大匙香油、醬汁(兩大匙)、芝麻拌勻即可

🥘Cooking🥘
①Add sugar in the pot and turn on the fire, and melt down until caramelized, then turn off the fire and mix well with water and soy sauce.
②Turn on the fire until boiled for 20 seconds then turn off the heat.
③Preheat the pot until water boiled, then add salt(1tsp) to blanch the spinach, wait for another boiled for 10 seconds and put aside, then soak up the water.
④Blach the glass noodle for 6 minutes then put aside.
⑤Add sesame oil(half spoon) into glass noodle, put spinach and glass noodle together and set aside.
⑥Blanch the pork belly until fully cooked then put aside.
⑦Preheat the pot then add oil, fry the sliced mushroom.
⑧Fry the onion, then add carrot, and add some oil.
⑨Stir the enoki mushroom.
⑩Fry half of garlic, then mix well caramelized soy sauce(2T).
⑪Turn off the heat, then storage at the FRESH & SAVE.
⑫Preheat the pot then add oil, fry the pork belly until golden brown then fry garlic, salt and pepper.
⑬Leaching out the oil of the pork belly, then mix well with caramelized soy sauce(2T), then put into the save & safe.
⑭Mix well with sesame oil(1T), soy sauce(2T) and sesame, and you are ready to serve.
