CHICKEN STUFFED PATTIE WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Boiled and mashed potatoes ½ kg
Corn flour ½ cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil as required
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Capsicum small cubes 1
Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cups
Carrot finely chopped 1
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Eggs beat 2
Bread crumbs as required

METHOD :
Mix mashed potatoes, corn flour, rice flour, salt, black pepper, mix all well. Heat oil 2 tbsp in a wok, add chopped garlic with boiled chicken, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, and chopped carrot, cook for 2 mins, then add chili sauce, soya sauce, black pepper, crushed red pepper, salt, mix it well, cook for 5 mins. Take the potato mixture in your palms into a thick layer, stuff it with chicken mixture, cover it with potato mixture, and make a pattie shape. Heat a pan, add oil, dip pattie in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs, and cook until golden brown.

WHITE KORMA MUTTON GRAVY WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Mutton 750 gm
Oil ½ cup
Whole spices mixed with 1 tbsp
Onion grounded 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Crushed green chilies 2 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Cashew nuts ground 12
Almonds ground 12
Poppy seeds ground 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ghee ¼ cup
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
cream 4 tbsp
Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves few for garnishing
Oil ¼ cup
Milk ½ cup
Boiled egg for garnishing

METHOD :
In a blender, grind together cashew nuts, almonds, and poppy seeds with ½ cup milk into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, grounded onion, and fry till light golden, add mutton, ginger garlic paste, green chili grounded, and salt, and fry well till mutton changes color, add 2 cups water in a pressure cooker, cover and cook till mutton tender, add yogurt, cook for 10 mins. Take a frying pan, add ghee with kasuri methi, and grounded paste, cook for 5 mins, then pour this mixture into boiled mutton, mix it well, add 1 cup water for gravy with black pepper, garnish with green chili and boiled egg pieces.
