In this video I do a bit of weathering detail using a few dollars worth of acrylic paint. Most of these came from game stores, in the form of citadel or army painter paints, but they can also be had from Michael's. If you want to be able to scratch off paint for similar details, dont prime or do any other painting beforehand.



This droid is the R2 unit from Galaxy's Edge in Disneyland, and when you assemble one it is insanely clean looking, and it just isn't very "star wars." So this shows how to add dirt, grime, damage, or scratches and oil spills in order to make it look a bit more REAL or USED.
