recipe :

ingredients:
thick poha 2 cups
shredded coconut 1 cup
tamarind juice 2 tb sp
jaggery 1 tb sp
salt as needed
for seasoning:
oil,peanuts,mustard,urad dal,cumin,slit green chilli, curry leaves, hing
rasam powder 2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

method:
1.wash and soak thick poha with very less water.
2.place a kadai on stove ,add oil , fry peanuts and keep aside.
3.now start with seasoning. go on adding all the seasoning ingredients .
4.now to the same add tamarind juice , jaggery, coconut, rasam powder,red chilli powder ,salt mix once and cook for some time. water can be added if needed now.
5.when the paste becomes thick, add soaked poha and mix well.finally add fried peanuts and serve hot.
