Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew provides an update on the plans to search the Prairie Green Landfill north of Winnipeg for the remains of two First Nations women. The bodies of Morgan Harris and Marcedes Myran are believed to be in the landfill. The search is expected to start late this fall.

The premier is joined at the news conference in Winnipeg by Amna Mackin, project manager on the search. The provincial and federal governments have each committed $20 million towards the search.
