Spain's TVE comes on air with a lovely branded testcard and then an holding slide that screams "look what I've made Quantel do!" ("¡Mira lo que he hecho con Quantel!" we're told by solojinglesradio1). Still, a nice gentle opening into what (from the 4 seconds left on the tape) seemed to be the world's dullest programme.
