Foot Shape Assessment

Here we will assess your foot shape including your big toe - ankle axis. Understand how to measure your foot in the correct way. Undergoing a foot shape assessment helps alleviate pain and discomfort in the feet, but it is only the first part in the process.

••• 1 Foot Shape Assessment •••
Step on an A4 piece of paper
Outline the outside of the foot with a marker

A : Mark the midpoint of the first metatarsal joint
B: Mark the middle of the heel
C. Draw the mark of the mid of the first metatarsal where the point that sticks out most

The assessment lines are:
With a ruler to connect points B & C
With a ruler draw a line between the medial part of the heel & A
