World record run for fastest time to complete the 2005 game Area 51 (unrestricted).
This run is unrestricted, meaning FPS toggling (and as such hovering) is allowed.

Closing words & thoughts:

I'm very happy with the outcome of this run, unfortunate that it was so close to sub 38, but I cannot complain. Almost everything went my way in this run, and although it took a lot of attempts, I'm happy that I (probably) won't have to do it again. 'Hovering' is quite invasive on the wrist and daily stretches and exercises was done.
