Ingredients:

Roti Jala (Net Crepes) for 6 pax
• 400gm All Purpose Flour
• 400ml Water
• 1 Egg
• 2 Pinch of Salt
• 1 ½ tbsp. Cooking Oil
• 3-4 Pandan Leaves
• Roti Jala Mold

Chicken Curry for 8 pax
• 800gm Boneless Chicken Meat(cut into cubes)
• 80gm Curry Powder
• 15 Thai Shallots(slice thinly)
• 5 to 6 cloves of Garlic(slice thinly)
• 1 Thumb size Ginger
• 300ml Thick Coconut Milk
• 1L Water
• 200ml Cooking Oil
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp Chicken Stock
• 1 tsp Garam Masala(optional indian spice blend)
• Some Crush Black Pepper(optional)
• Few Curry Leaves
