DCC decoder install in an Athearn locomotive

Installing a basic (and cheap) DCC decoder in the very common Athearn HO scale locomotive chassis.

Hopefully this can help some beginners get past the fear of trying this for themselves.

As with all of my videos, this isn't the only way to do it.
It's probably not the best way to do it.
