Since 2004, Vivid Audio has produced some of the most wildly inventive loudspeakers in the world, including the acclaimed Giya series of loudspeakers and the more recently introduced Kaya range. Their speakers are designed in the UK and manufactured in South Africa and the UK.

In this video, cofounder and chief designer Laurence Dickie describes the intricate details of the new S12 loudspeaker, the smallest and least-expensive speaker in the Kaya range, which houses a new invention -- what Vivid calls an "Omni Absorber."
