The Great Wall of Pantar, or Bamah Wall, boasts the most scenic drop-off in Pantar. The wall is awash in orange and pink, with soft coral trees, sponges, sea fans, and anthias gently swaying in the current. The whole dive site is just covered in schools of anthias, butterflyfishes, triggerfishes, surgeonfishes, and damselfishes. Deeper down, you might glimpse Napoleon wrasse, bumphead parrotfish, and other large species that commonly pass here. When you come to the wall, explore its crevices to find kaleidoscopic nudibranchs, leaf fish, mantis shrimp, and fast-moving and hard-to-spot juvenile reef fish.
