Infected Whitehead Shot:
Build in glass
1 part Vodka
1 part Bloody Mary mix
Topped with cottage cheese

Malibu Pineapple Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
Few dashes of angostura bitters
Drop of simple syrup
2 oz of Pineapple Rum
Stir
Garnish with a twist of orange

Comfort Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
.5 tsp of sugar
1 dash of angostura bitters
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Sparkling Water
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Southern Comfort
Add ice
Garnish with lemon twist, orange slice and cherry

Eldermancy
In tin
E - 2 oz. or 60 ml. Greg's Elderberry Liquor*
L - 1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
D - .5 oz. or 15 ml. Dry Vermouth (Dolin)
E - 1 shot of espresso
R - 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Rum (Bacardi Silver)
M - 3 oz. or 90 ml. Mezcal (Dos Hombres)
A - 4.5 oz. or 135 ml. Absinthe (St. George Absinthe Verte)
N - New Castle Brown Ale (do not add this to shaker, top off drink after pouring)
C - Add Cherry to shaker
Y - Yogurt
Shake
Pour into mug (and top with New Castle)

*Greg's Elderberry Liquor
In a jar that seals
Add 400g Everclear
400g Elderberries
Let sit overnight
Squeeze through a nut milk bag
Add 300g of water
300g of white sugar
stir until sugar dissolves

Healthy Coke:
~ 2 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
Fill rest of glass with any LaCroix

Tapeworm Shot:
1 Part Vodka (Kettle One)
1 Part Tabasco
Squeeze of string of mayonnaise out of a squeeze bottle

Ranchero Shot:
Build in Shot glass
1 oz. or 30 ml. Tequila
Few dashes tabasco sauce
Squeeze of ranch dressing

Mojito:
Built in glass
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Add a bunch of mint
2 oz. or 60 ml. Dragonberry Bacardi
Muddle lightly
Add ice and stir
Top with seltzer

Midori Margarita:
In Shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. lime juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Midori
1 oz. or 60 ml. Fortaleza Tequila Blanco
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
