The Evil Within Series Examined

Amongst the landscape of horror titles, The Evil Within is a bit of an oddball series. While solid entries, The Evil Within fall short of the genre's best.

There is something special with The Evil Within, but they haven't been able to execute their ideas and premise.

Unless we get a third game for The Evil Within series, which doesn't seem likely, we're left with two quality titles littered with glaring flaws. Two titles that take different approaches.

It feels like The Evil Within series is still trying to find itself, by a studio that's still trying to find itself. In this video, I'll be examining both Evil Within titles closely, so there will be spoilers throughout.
