Size less than 1 cm in longest dimension; Cortex Size less than 3 mm
Oval shape and smooth border
Minimal vascularity in the hilum

Reactive Axillary Lymph Node:
Enlarged: Size greater than 1 cm; Cortex size greater than 3 mm
Maintain an oval shape
Hilum remains visible
Increased hilar vascularity

Malignant Axillary Lymph Node:
Rounded shape
Loss of central echogenic hilum
May have irregular borders
Heterogeneous appearance
Peripheral Vascularity
