Funeral Potatoes
30oz bag frozen hashbrowns unthawed
1 yellow onion
cooked bacon
1 can cream of chicken small can
1 can cream of celery small can
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons of melted butter
3 to 4 cups of grated shredded cheese
season with salt and pepper
bake uncovered 45 mins 375
2 cups Frostedflakes or whatever topping you like
Put on potatoes and bake for another 10 min
