Cowboy Stew
1 ground beef
1 package of Kielbasa Sausage
6 strips of bacon
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 can rotel
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can of stewed tomatoes
2 cans of 15oz baked beans
1 can of drained corn
2 1/2 russet potatoes cut
season to taste. I used garlic salt, complete season, Adobe, black pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar.
beef broth

simmer for 1 hr
