San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo: “trying to find silver lining” in knee recovery

“I'll never be given time like this again, so you have to take advantage of what you're given,“ Garoppolo told reporters Friday Oct. 26, 2018 in his first post-practice appearance since the injury.

Garoppolo added that his style of play may alter initially but that eventually his legs will get back to being how they were before.

“It's all about putting in the work right now. Coming back stronger than I was before, mentally being better and overall being better.”
