About the Program

This MCLE webinar is geared toward attorneys practicing landlord/tenant law who want to learn more about California law governing security deposits in rental housing. Attorney Nick Cohenmeyer will discuss landlords' obligations and tenants' rights regarding residential security deposits, offer tips on how tenants can try to protect their deposit, and tips for landlords about complying with the rules for keeping a deposit.

This presentation will be given by Nick Cohenmeyer, a landlord-tenant attorney who helps his clients learn the law proactively... so they don't have to later learn the law as defendants.
