Hier also endlich die Palastruine in Klein Mohnau. Letztes Jahr hatte ich es ja nicht mehr geschafft diesen Film analog zu der Ruine in Groß Mohnau fertig zu bekommen. Die Aufnahmen sind vom September 23 und Februar 24.
Zumindest der Himmel war gleich Blau !

Information about history:

The palace was built in the mid-18th century in the Baroque style. In the second half of the 19th century it was rebuilt in the classicist style. The entire building including the tower was raised by a complete floor, which also restructured the facade of the building.

However,the baroque columned entrance portal from 1750 has been preserved.

Unfortunately, towards the end of the war in 1945, the palace was destroyed. No attempts were made to rebuild it afterwards. All that can be seen today are the outer walls, the beautiful entrance portal, and some stucco decorations and wall paintings inside.
