Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, honey, cinnamon, etc.
Instructions:

Place the sliced bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, transfer the banana slices to a food processor or high-powered blender.
Blend the banana slices until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.
Continue blending until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency, similar to soft-serve ice cream.
If desired, add any optional toppings such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, honey, or cinnamon, and pulse briefly to incorporate.
Serve the banana ice cream immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.
