Salad Olivieh / Salad Olivier. Persian version

Hi everyone. This salad is popular in Iran but it is originally from Russia. This is Persian chicken potato version. You can serve this with French baquette, sliced pickled cucumber and sliced tomatoes.

Ingredients:

.1 kilo potatoes
.4 eggs
.3 carrots
.1 cup green peas ( i used frozen peas)
.6 pickled cucumber

for the chicken:

.3 chicken breast
.1 tsp salt
.1/4 tsp black pepper
.a pinch of chilli powder
.1 tsp turmeric
.2 onions

for the mayonnaise:

.15-17 tbsp good quality mayonnaise + 4-6 tbsp for the top and sides
.1 tsp salt
.1/2 tsp white pepper(sorry to not able to write it in the caption)
.4 tbsp lemon juice

.another 1 tsp salt to season the mashed potato

for the garnish:

.cucumber
.lettuce
.radish
.small tomatoes
.tip of chilli(in the middle of the cucumber rose)

NOTES:

.Season the salad according to your taste.
.Lessen the chicken if you prefer less meaty salad
