DISA director and JFHQ-DODIN commander delivers a keynote address during AFCEA's TechNet Cyber event

Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert J. Skinner, Defense Information Systems Agency director and Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense Information Network commander, delivers the morning keynote address during the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association TechNet Cyber event June 26. As a combat support agency, DISA conducts operations for the U.S. military to enable lethality across all warfighting domains - on land, at sea, in the air, space, and cyberspace - in defense of the United States of America. DISA also provides communication services to the White House in support of the President of the United States.
