Ingredients:
-3-3/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/3 cup or 5tbsp sugar
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tbsp active dry yeast
-1/2 cup warm water
-3/4 cup milk
-1 stick unsalted butter
-Icing sugar

For the Egg wash:
-1 egg yolk
-1tbsp milk
