In this video I'll be covering bone anatomy. Unlike other sources, this video was specifically made for personal trainers, massage therapists, and other professionals who don't need an advanced level of bone knowledge. This video is meant to be simple, or basic, and that's not a bad thing.

Even if memorizing anatomy isn't your strong suit (it isn't mine) you should still be able to learn bone anatomy basics here, and that should be more than enough to prepare you for certification/license exams, and to help you sound knowledgeable in the field.
