Verkada - Assa Abloy Aperio Integration Walkthrough

Verkada now integrates with the Assa Abloy Aperio wireless lock series, so you can extend your reach to those doors hard to access control. If, for any reason, you cannot run wires to a low traffic door, this is the solution you are looking for. Looks and works like a regular Verkada wired door, Remote Unlock, Door Held Open and Door Forced Open included.

🗒️ Verkada wireless lock integration with Assa Abloy Aperio:

➡️ Integrates with any Aperio range locks (models vary by geo based on different standards)

➡️ Once installed, it looks and works like a regular door (certain functions, such as DHO and DFO do require certain lock models that have that hardware ability)

➡️ Up to 16 locks can communicate with one or multiple AH30 hubs, the hub backhauling into an AC41 via the RS-485 interface

➡️ Multiple hubs can be wired in parallel to an AC41, as long as the total number of locks stays under 16

➡️ Wireless locks are suited for low to medium traffic doors (75 entries or bellow a day); more than that and the battery life gets impacted

➡️ Aperio works on the 2.4Ghz spectrum, so take care of the distance between the AH30 hub and the lock (25 meters line of sight, but smaller in a real life environment, due to interference and obstructions)
