In this video we have covered the story of Zafar Khan who was the brave military commander of Alauddin Khilji who died in 1299 while fighting Mongols. He is buried in Tughlaqabad at the corner of the tomb of Ghiyasuddin Tughlaq. Many people don't know about Zafar Khan and his grave. He supported Alauddin Khilji right from the bginning even when he was not the king. After he ascended to throne, Zafar Khan helped him while going from Kara to Delhi. Apart from this, he led many expeditions like siege of Multan, Battle of Jaran Manjur, siege of Sivistan Fort and Battle of Kili. Due to some reason Alauddin and his brother Almas Beg got jealous of him and wanted to send him out of Delhi to Bengal. And due to the mistake he did in Battle of Kili Alauddin Khilji got angry of him and removed his name fromall of the historical documentation.
