Nate Solo does Tequila, Mexico.

Tequila, Mexico is one of the most magical places I have been to! Very few places have a cultural soul as dynamic as this city. I mean, how many places in the world have the namesake of a spirit as iconic as Tequila? Champagne, Cognac and Marsala are just a few others.

Distilleries in the town are cooking agave 24/7 and the smell in the air is as familiar as the flavor. There are so many spots to check out, it triggered my fomo anxiety which was medicated quickly with some Fortaleza.

While every spot was incredible in their own rights, Fortaleza is by far my favorite! Stone ground agave, gorgeous grounds, a legit bat cave bar, and the hospitality of the legend himself, Guillermo Sauza!

Tequila has my heart and I will be back as soon as possible!
