Jack LaTorre, an FEI Dressage Rider and Fitness Coach, is on a mission to elevate the Athleticism of Equestrians, to match the fitness of their athletic horses. He firmly believes that riders should be as fit as their Equine partners and views fitness as a tool to enhance his riding performance. Jack's dedication to teaching fitness and sharing his riding and fitness journey, is at the heart of Equibody Fitness. The fitness journey of Jack began when he realised how correct fitness could improve his own riding abilities. With a focus on developing toned strength, mobility and flexibility, he discovered that a body which was fit, led to clearer communication with the horse.
Jack founded Equibody Fitness, a fitness Company aimed at building a community of riders who harness fitness to enhance their riding skills. His personal experience with tight muscles and joint issues motivated him to create workout programs that not only relieved his physical constraints but also transformed his riding. The ethos of Equibody Fitness revolves around helping Equestrians become strong and supple Athletes, aligning with the standards they set for their horses. Their program offers safe, sustainable and enjoyable fitness solutions for riders of all levels.
The ‘Elite Mobility Training’ program, was designed by Jack, to improve his own riding as well. This program, with its focus on functional strength and an increased range of motion, proved effective in alleviating saddle tightness. Jack LaTorre is helping Equestrians ride better, one workout at a time, through the Equibody Fitness programs tailored to enhance individual riding performance. Riders can achieve impressive levels of mobility and suppleness, earn admiration for their physical prowess in the Equestrian world by using the expertise of Jack and the Equibody Fitness workouts.
