Steaming the fish meat preserves the moisture in the fish, which makes it so tender and savory.

Just drizzle it with fragrant ginger soy sauce and hola! This will make you eat more rice!

INGREDIENTS
3 pcs Cream Dory (Any white meat fish)
1 tbsp of ginger thinly sliced
3-4 cloves of garlic minced
onion leeks
5 tbsp of soy sauce (Kikkoman soy sauce)
1 tbsp of lemon juice or calamansi juice
1 tbsp of white sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all the ingredients except for the fish in a bowl and transfer it to saucepan. Bring it to a boil for 3 minutes in low heat.
2. Place fish on a plate or deep dish. Pour in the sauce and put onion leeks on top.
3. Place your fish in a steamer. For this recipe, I used a steel pot stand and place it in a pan with water.
4. Steam your fish for 8-15 minutes and then it's done!
5. Ready to serve.
