Salted Caramel Chocolate Fudge

250g condensed milk
65g butter, unsalted
115g brown sugar
120g dark chocolate
1 teaspoon salt
Sea salt to sprinkle
 
In a heavy-bottomed pan add the condensed milk, butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stir well till smooth.
Remove the pan from the fire and stir in salt and dark chocolate, stir until smooth.
Pour into a greaseproof paper lined tray, sprinkle sea salt on the fudge.
Cool in a refrigerator for 2 hours or until the fudge hardens.
Remove from the tray and cut into ½ inch squares.
