廣州鐵路博物館，位於廣東省廣州市荔灣區黃沙大道譽江路3號，佔地28950平方米，其中室外面積18489平方米、室內面積10461平方米，分兩個室內展館和一個露天展區，是一所交通類專題博物館。是目前華南地區最大的鐵道博物館。
2022年5月18日，廣州鐵路博物館正式對外開放。博物館在百年黃沙車站原址上打造，整體建築保留了基本的原始風貌，集陳列、收藏、展示、科普、教育於一體，收藏4000餘件歷史文物和老物件，是多維度呈現鐵路發展史的重要視窗。
清光緒三十三年（1907年）7月，黃沙車站建成通車，經營客貨綜合運輸業務。黃沙車站是商辦粵漢鐵路總公司所在地，「中國鐵路之父」詹天佑曾於清宣統三年至清宣統四年（1911一1912年）在此辦公。
民國三十五年（1946年）12月，粵漢鐵路客運改站，黃沙車站客運業務移至大沙頭站，黃沙車站更名廣州南站，成為當時廣東最大的編組站及貨運站。中華人民共和國成立後，廣州南站除了辦理貨運及水陸聯運外，還兼辦粵漢鐵路的列車編組。
1970年，編組任務移交到廣州北站，黃沙車成為純貨運車站。
1990年代，廣州南站成為全國水陸兼備、站港合一的特大型綜合性貨運站，擁有專用碼頭港岸線842米，可停泊3000噸以下船隻，有近十年的年均貨物吞吐量達525萬噸，年均運輸收入近2億元，對繁榮廣州經濟發揮了積極作用。
2005年6月，都市發展規劃需要，廣州南站關閉。
2011年3月，中國鐵路廣州局集團有限公司籌建廣州鐵路博物館。
2014年1月26日，廣州市將黃沙車站舊址遺存的帶月台倉庫建築認定為廣州市歷史建築。
2022年5月18日，廣州舉辦「齊聚文博力量共享美好旅程」國際博物館日暨中國旅遊日啟動儀式，廣州鐵路博物館正式開幕。

Guangzhou Railway Museum, located at No. 3 Yujiang Road, Huangsha Avenue, Liwan District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, covers an area of 28,950 square meters, including 18,489 square meters of outdoor area and 10,461 square meters of indoor area. It is divided into two indoor exhibition halls and one open-air exhibition area. It is a transportation-themed museum. It is currently the largest railway museum in South China.
On May 18, 2022, Guangzhou Railway Museum was officially opened to the public. The museum was built on the original site of the century-old Huangsha Station. In December 1946, the passenger service of the Yuehan Railway was changed to a new station, and the passenger service of Huangsha Station was moved to Dashatou Station. Huangsha Station was renamed Guangzhou South Station, becoming the largest marshaling station and freight station in Guangdong at that time. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Guangzhou South Station not only handled freight and water-land transport, but also handled train marshaling for the Yuehan Railway.
In 1970, the marshaling task was transferred to Guangzhou North Station, and Huangsha Train became a pure freight station.
In the 1990s, Guangzhou South Station became a large-scale comprehensive freight station with both land and water, and a station-port integration in the country. It has a dedicated wharf with a shoreline of 842 meters and can berth ships under 3,000 tons. The annual average cargo throughput for nearly ten years has reached 5.25 million tons, and the annual average transportation income is nearly 200 million yuan, which has played a positive role in the prosperity of Guangzhou's economy.
In June 2005, Guangzhou South Station was closed due to the needs of urban development planning.
In March 2011, China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. planned to build the Guangzhou Railway Museum.
On January 26, 2014, Guangzhou recognized the warehouse building with platform at the site of Huangsha Station as a historical building in Guangzhou.
On May 18, 2022, Guangzhou held the launching ceremony of the International Museum Day and China Tourism Day with the theme of "Gathering Cultural and Museum Power to Share a Beautiful Journey", and the Guangzhou Railway Museum officially opened.
