How to Pack Your Dirt Bike Suspension for Shipping to Moto Lab

Описание к видео How to Pack Your Dirt Bike Suspension for Shipping to Moto Lab

Congratulations! You've made one of the best decisions you can make for your dirt bike - getting your suspension revavled by Moto Lab! If you're not local, then you most likely will be shipping your front forks and rear shock to us. But don't worry - it's easy! Here is a quick video on the best way to pack it up and protect it during shipment.

NOTE: Please let us know if you bought a brand new case, and we can let you know how to receive a discount!

We recommend using a hard plastic, DOUBLE gun case to pack your suspension in. Make sure it is a "double" because we will need room inside the case for all of your stock parts to be returned back to you (including your stock springs).

Make sure your suspension components are wrapped up with bubble wrap or old shop towels - or anything! This is very important to protect your suspension. If your forks are leaking, please place them in a garbage bag so they don't leak all over the place and make a big mess (and ruin your case)!

**Please remove any aftermarket fork air bleeders, as they can become depressed during shipping and will leak oil everywhere. There is a picture of this on our shipping page if you are unsure or please ask us if you are unsure.

Add more old towels (or paper or anything) to fill in the empty spaces around your suspension.

Include your contact information inside the case!

Please wrap tape around the latches and completely around the case. Put zip ties through the lock holes.

**Please also put tape around the edges - this can prevent the sides from busting open and a fork tube from slipping out!

If you have a box for the case, it is best to put the case inside the box.

Please ship via Fedex or UPS. We have discounted Fedex rates for our customers to use.
