I use the following channels to learn the bass. Each channel may have duplicates of the song you want to learn, but it's good to learn a couple of different ways to play. For theory and such, I'd just recommend doing a search because there are literal thousands of videos on theory and each uses a different teaching technique. It may take a while to find a video where it's explained in a way where you get it, but one exists out there. It's a dry subject, so take your time with it. I recommend learning the 4 main notes EADG and learning how to locate notes up and down the neck as a first step. Next, learn some basic patterns (scales). Always jam along to bassless tracks as well. It helps quite a lot.
