Disability Inclusion at EY

It's time to redefine the outdated perceptions of what a disability looks like. There is immense diversity in the experience of disability, including neurodiversity, those who are Deaf and hard of hearing, and invisible disabilities which make up 70% of the population of people with disabilities. Here in Oceania EY recently launched this year's Accessibility and Inclusion Plan, which is a demonstration of EY's strong commitment to establishing a workplace where all people can feel they belong, where their uniqueness is celebrated, and where they can do their best work. Through this EY will continue to strengthen our workplace to ensure that it is person-centred, accessible, and inclusive for all people and abilities.
