The Prana Henna E.C.O. yoga mat is like doing yoga on a cloud. This mat is just so SPRINGY, it made we want to fly into inversions and arm balances (and land on it's cushy cloud like surface).

The mat has awesome cushioning, and it's nice and light. The pretty henna design on the top is cute (it comes in black too). However this mat did NOT hold up to my sweat test, so I wouldn't recommend it for people doing hot yoga or those who know they're going to drench the mat with sweat. I think it's best for newbies who want cushioning and are doing a Hatha or Iyengar based practice.
