To unlock this stage, do Campaign for Cheng Du first, and defeat Ma Chao (or Pang De if Ma Chao is already playable). As for Shadow Runner, it's finicky at times. Just be sure to take out the officers to the southeast, then when getting past the Ice Fortress, defeat Cao Cao's sub-officers Xu Zhu and Jia Xu. After that, defeat Yu Jin and Xu Huang, as well as get Cao Cao's morale down to one star or lower. Sometimes even if you fulfill those objectives, you still won't get the cutscene that unlocks the item when Han Sui doesn't defect. Good luck. Game made by Omega Force and published by Koei.
