Chinese borscht with ox tail, a Russian classic adopted by the south-east coast Chinese cuisine.

Ingredients:
750g Ox tail
3 medium size potato
3 carrot
2 celery stalk
1/4 cabbage
1 beef tomato
1 onion
1 can of chopped tomato (400g)
2 clove of garlic
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Chinese rice cooking wine
4 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

原料:牛尾750g,中型土豆3个,胡萝卜3个,西芹杆2根,卷心菜1/4颗,洋葱一个,罐头番茄一罐(400g),大番茄一个,蒜头2瓣,月桂叶3片,面粉2大勺,黄油2大勺,料酒2大勺,盐适量,现磨黑胡椒适量
