[Eng Sub] Chinese borscht with ox tail recipe 牛尾罗宋汤

Chinese borscht with ox tail, a Russian classic adopted by the south-east coast Chinese cuisine.

Ingredients:
750g Ox tail
3 medium size potato
3 carrot
2 celery stalk
1/4 cabbage
1 beef tomato
1 onion
1 can of chopped tomato (400g)
2 clove of garlic
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Chinese rice cooking wine
4 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
